GENERAL PURCHASING CONDITIONS
These general terms and conditions of sale apply to all sales made via the www.castor-polux.com website, which reserves the right to adapt or modify these general terms and conditions of sale and the characteristics of the services provided at any time and without prior notice. In the event of modification, the general terms and conditions of sale in force on the day of the order shall apply to each order.
The identification of the user/customer for the order placed, is done through the log files, stored on the server of CASTOR POLUX. The preservation of the IP address of the user/customer or any other information obtained to identify the user/customer.
The contractual language is English. Prices are indicated in Euros and are calculated including VAT. They may be altered at any time without prior notice, in the knowledge that the articles will be invoiced on the basis in force at the time of registration of the order.
While we make every effort to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices on our Website are correct, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any product you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price, or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as if it had been cancelled. If you cancel but have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.
The invoice amount is charged in full and in a single payment for each order. All orders are invoiced and charged only in Euros. Any customs charges or local taxes are to be borne by the addressee.
CASTOR POLUX retains ownership of the goods until full payment of the price, which is acknowledged and accepted by the customer.
EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS
You can return your order within 14 days from the date of delivery, counting from the date of delivery in accordance with Article 44 of Law 7/1996 of the Retail Trade Ordinance. The refund will be made by the same means of payment with which the purchase was made. The cost of the return shall be borne by the customer.
The price to be refunded is the price originally stated in the order, except for the shipping costs, which will only be refunded if CASTOR POLUX is responsible for the reason for returning the product. In case of special promotions, where shipping costs are offered free of charge, the customer shall also bear the return shipping costs. Below you will find the steps to follow for the acceptance of a return:
1. Send us an email to email@example.com indicating the reason for the return. Your opinion is essential in our way to be better every day so we appreciate you sharing with us the reason.
You can also contact us via Whatsapp 881 299 367 (Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 20:00) if you need help to process the return.
3. Items must be returned in the same original condition in which they were delivered, along with any accessories related to them (labels, bag, original packaging or similar packaging so that the product arrives at our warehouse with the maximum possible guarantees).
The articles will be checked by Castor Polux staff in order to assess their good condition. In case this evaluation determines that the articles are not in a suitable state, the return will not be accepted.

5. If the above requirements have been met, we will send you an email confirming acceptance of the return, and we will proceed to credit the amount of the returned products.
Until we receive the item in our warehouse it is your responsibility. We recommend that you send the item to us by courier or registered post and that you keep the proof of postage. Collect on delivery will not be accepted. Refunds will only be given for purchases made through our online shop. Please note that the time it takes to receive the money back depends on the bank. For purchases made in our physical shops, the products will be exchanged for a voucher (without expiry date) of the same amount or exchanged for other items.
Returns and exchanges of online purchases can be made in our shop free of charge.
If you wish to exchange your order, you must request a refund and place a new order.
DESTINATIONS AND SHIPPING COSTS
You can currently make your purchase in: Spain (Peninsula, Balearic Islands, Canary Islands), Portugal, France, Holland, Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, Austria, Italy, Denmark, Ireland and United Kingdom.
In the case of the Balearic Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and the Canary Islands, as well as other countries, please consult the conditions at firstname.lastname@example.org.
The shipping costs are as follows:
Spain (mainland) and Portugal: Free* for orders over 100€.
Spain (Balearic Islands): 5€.
Spain (Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla): 10€. Customs clearance of 30€.
For orders under 100€ and sale items the cost will be 5€.
United Kingdom: 25€.
*Except during Flash Sale periods
Taxes, customs and other charges are not included in the shipping charges paid on your purchase. CASTOR POLUX has no control over these tax policies which vary from country to country. The international courier service we work with can present you with an invoice independent of the local customs authorities. Please remember this.
The Articles are sold and delivered in the countries listed above.
The delivery of the articles shall be carried out by the courier company selected by CASTOR POLUX.
The goods will be sent to the delivery address that you have indicated at the time of placing the order.
Once the order leaves the CASTOR POLUX warehouse, you will be sent an e-mail notifying you that your order is being shipped.
For security reasons, we do not send any orders to PO boxes, nor do we accept any orders where it is not possible to identify the recipient of the order and their address.
In the event that the order cannot be delivered due to the absence of the Customer, the package shall be returned to our warehouse and it shall be understood that the Customer renounces to the content of the order and shall not be able to demand the reimbursement of the order. CASTOR POLUX may, in good faith, reimburse the Customer for the order once it has been returned to our warehouse, deducting from the reimbursement the shipping and return costs incurred by the shipment not picked up by the Customer. In the event that the Customer wishes to return the order, he/she will have to place a new order.
Spain (peninsula): 1-2 working days.
Balearic Islands: 2-4 working days.
Spain (Canary Islands): 3-4 working days.
Europe: 3-7 working days.
Orders are prepared as soon as payment has been confirmed, Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 14:00, orders placed outside these hours are prepared the following day.
Castor Polux cannot be held responsible for delays in transport due to excessive work flows during peak periods such as sales and Christmas.

Our product and price offers are valid and in force as long as they appear on the website, subject to available stock. Consequently, if the quantity of items ordered exceeds the quantity available in stock, we cannot ensure delivery of your order, and reserve the right to refuse delivery of the confirmed order in the event that the goods are not available. If the goods are not available, CASTOR POLUX will inform you within one working day of the product being out of stock by sending you a specific message to your e-mail address.
Upon receipt of your order, we perform a standard pre-authorisation check on your payment card to ensure that there are sufficient funds to complete the transaction. Products will not be dispatched until this pre-authorisation check has been completed. Your card will be charged once the payment has been processed.

THE CASE OF NON-PAYMENT
CASTOR POLUX reserves the right to refuse to dispatch an order or to fulfil an order from a purchaser who has not paid all or part of the amount of his last order or with whom there is a payment dispute still pending.
Depending on the calibration of the various monitors used to display the site, the colours of the products shown may vary slightly. CASTOR POLUX cannot be held responsible for errors resulting from misinterpretation.
The present general conditions of sale as well as the prices are expressly approved and accepted by the purchaser, who declares and acknowledges that he is fully aware of them, and renounces, in fact, to rely on any contradictory document, and in particular with his own general conditions of purchase, as the act of purchase implies the acceptance of the present conditions of sale. The present conditions may be modified at any time without notice.
MINIMUM PURCHASE AGE
The minimum age to make a purchase is 18 years old.
