If you are going to London and you want to see something different outside the touristic routes you should go to Bermondsey Street. Several art galleries, a vintage cinema, the Fashion and Textile Museum and even the best place to eat Patatas Bravas in London.

José Restaurant, 104 Bermondsey Street.

If you prefer something more British you can go to the gastro-pub The Garrison, they also host a film night on Sundays in their cinema room. Or to try the Aussie burguer in The Wooldpack Bar.

On Fridays there is an Antiques Market in Bermondsey Square, also know as New Caledonian Market, where you can find much loved secondhand and historic objects.

During the night you can try one of their 75 cocktails in The Hide Bar or dance in The Cable a nightclub close to London Bridge. Also in this street you can visit the most famous music studios in central London, The Terminal, where if you were lucky you could meet The Strokes or Florence Welch.
